Your permanent teeth start coming in at about 5 1/2 and will continue until you have all 32 as an adult

Floss at least once a day ... have your parents help you brush your teeth at least twice a day
(after breakfast and before bed are great times)
Say YES to friendly foods ... some types of foods are more friendly to your teeth ... say YES to healthy, nutritious foods & snacks ... eat LESS sticky, sugary, and starchy foods ... they can cause cavities
There are a lot of ways to brush your teeth ... the important thing is that they are clean when you are finished
(don't be in a hurry to finish ... take your time)
Be sure to brush all your teeth along the sides and in the back of your mouth
Did you know that 90% of all cavities can be prevented
Hey ! Once you loose your baby teeth, you only get one more set of choppers - so make sure you take good care of your teeth
Once you get the hang of it and do it everyday ... your parents can help remind you to brush
Remember good brushing and flossing habits, eating healthy foods, and getting the proper amount of fluoride are ways to help keep your teeth healthy and strong
Working together we can help you achieve a lifetime of healthy, beautiful smiles Now that's worth clapping for!
Thanks for visiting!! Come back soon!!
